No, it’s not required for the trial class, but having an instrument at home is helpful.
How do I book a trial class?
You can easily book a trial class through our website, WhatsApp or by directly calling us. Just pick a convenient time, and we’ll set it up.
What age group do you teach?
We specialize in teaching children aged 5-18, but we welcome learners of all ages.
Can parents join the trial class?
Yes, parents are welcome to join the trial class to observe and support their child.
How are the lessons conducted?
All lessons are live, 1-to-1, and conducted online via video platforms.
How long is each lesson?
Each lesson typically lasts 55-60 minutes, depending on the instrument and student needs.
What instruments do you teach?
We offer Piano, Guitar, Violin, Western vocals, Hindustani vocals, and Carnatic vocals.
How often are the lessons held?
Lessons can be scheduled once or multiple times a week, depending on your child’s progress and goals.
How long is each class?
Each class is 60 minutes for instrument courses (e.g., Piano, Guitar, Violin) and 45 minutes for vocal courses (Western, Hindustani, and Carnatic)
Do you provide homework or practice assignments?
Yes, each class includes practice exercises or homework designed to reinforce skills learned during the session.
Do you use a specific syllabus for the lessons?
Yes, we follow a structured curriculum aligned with international and Indian music standards, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.
What equipment do I need for the classes?
You need a laptop or tablet with a stable internet connection and a microphone and camera. If you are learning an instrument, having the instrument at home is must.
Do I need to download any software?
No additional software is required. Classes are conducted through easy-to-use video platforms that are accessible directly from your browser.
Is a webcam necessary for the classes?
Yes, a webcam is essential for live, interactive lessons. It allows our tutors to observe posture, technique, and progress in real-time.
What type of internet connection is required?
A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps is recommended to ensure uninterrupted video lessons.
Do you provide technical support if I face issues?
Yes, our team is available to assist with setting up your devices or troubleshooting technical issues before your class begins.
Can lessons be recorded for practice?
Yes, with the tutor’s consent, you can record lessons for personal practice. However, recordings cannot be shared or distributed.
What if I experience technical difficulties during a lesson?
If you face connectivity issues during a class, inform your tutor immediately. We will work with you to reschedule the session if needed.
What happens if we miss a class?
If a class is missed, we offer free rescheduling to accommodate your schedule. Just reach out to the tutor, and they’ll help find a convenient time for a makeup session.
Can I reschedule a class?
Yes! Rescheduling is simple. You have direct access to your tutor, so you can message them to arrange any changes. They’ll work with you to set a new class time based on availability and your child’s schedule.
Can I change the tutor during the course?
Yes, we understand that the student-tutor relationship is essential to a positive learning experience. If you feel that a change would benefit your child’s progress, we’re happy to accommodate. Simply reach out to us and we’ll make the transition smooth and easy for your child’s continued growth.
How do you track progress?
Tutors provide regular feedback after each session, and parents receive periodic updates on their child’s progress.
Do you prepare students for exams?
Yes, we prepare students for recognized music exams, including Trinity College London exams, Rock School, London School of Music etc.
What is your refund policy for missed or cancelled classes?
We understand. Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, you/your child may not be available for the class. We accommodate two events of cancellation or rescheduling every month so you can learn freely.
Can I get a refund after enrolling in a course?
Yes, you can receive a refund even after enrolling in a course. However, we will deduct the cost of any classes that have already been attended, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, simply get in touch with us, and we’ll walk you through the process to ensure everything is handled smoothly.
Are refunds available for partially completed classes?
Refunds are not available for partially completed classes. Only unused classes in a package may qualify for a refund.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days
Can I transfer my unused classes to another student instead of requesting a refund?
Yes, we allow the transfer of unused classes to another student within the same course. Please contact us to arrange the transfer.
How much does the course cost?
Our fee structure is based on 4 classes:
  • Beginner Level: ₹4,000
  • Intermediate Level: ₹4,500
  • Advanced Level: ₹5,000
  • Grade Exam Level: Fees depend on the Grade level.
How is the payment collected?
Fees are collected in advance for a set of 4 classes. The next payment is only due after the completion of these classes.
When should the fee be paid?
The fee must be paid in advance and at least 24 hours before the next set of 4 classes begins. This allows us to confirm your slot with the tutor and avoid scheduling conflicts.
Are there any long-term commitments?
No, we offer a pay-as-you-go model. You pay only for the next set of 4 classes as your child progresses.
What payment methods are accepted?
At the moment, we primarily support direct bank transfer as our payment method. However, if you wish to use UPI, please contact us directly for assistance
Can I get a refund if my child doesn’t complete all 4 classes?
Yes, Refunds are only applicable for unused classes in the package. Fees for attended classes will be deducted.
Do you offer discounts for long-term payments?
No, we currently do not offer discounts for long-term payments. Our flexible pay-as-you-go system ensures you only pay for each set of 4 classes as your child progresses.
How do I notify you after making a payment?
Once the payment is made, take a screenshot of the transaction and share it via WhatsApp or email with the student’s name and course details for verification.
Are there any additional charges apart from the course fee?
No, there are no hidden charges. The fee includes all course materials and access to our tutors.
Do you provide receipts for payments?
Yes, a digital receipt or an acknowledgment will be sent to your registered email/WhatsApp after the payment is verified.
